Jeff Moench left a national competitor and joined Ambrion in October of 2001, not the most auspicious time to start Ambrion's contract placement division. A born entrepreneur, Jeff saw the difficult economy at the time as a perfect place to learn how to run a new company.

Jeff counts his biggest asset as the people who work at Ambrion. "We have a great team. They don't come in with problems, they come in with ideas and answers."

Jeff likes the challenge of working in a company that is small enough to be flexible and jump on opportunities, yet strong enough to make lasting commitments to clients. "I don't want to focus on the stockholders in a public company. I want to focus on working with great people and letting the success come. At Ambrion, we focus on the people."

Although he was considering law school after college, Jeff took one year off to work as a staffing consultant. The energy and passion of the business grabbed him immediately and after 15 years in the business he has never looked back. As a co-founder of both the contract placement division and Ambrion's consulting division, Jeff has become a key leader within all of Ambrion. "I see a tremendous opportunity to leverage our current contract business into a more robust consulting business."

Jeff has a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Moorhead State University. He enjoys "anything athletic" that includes sports and physical fitness activities. An avid traveler, he is always looking for new places to explore. Energized to grow Ambrion, Jeff spent the first six months of 2007 in Phoenix helping to open the Ambrion Consulting division.
